When you fill in a form. Booking a call asks for your name, email address and phone number. Our other forms ask for your name and email address, and the report you want sent. Anything you type into a message field reaches us as you wrote it. No form on this site asks for payment details.
While you browse. Google Analytics records your IP address, your browser and device, the pages you open, the site or search that sent you, and how long you stay. Our web server logs the same requests so we can trace faults and block attacks.
We reply to your message, send the report you asked for, and keep the thread so we can pick the conversation back up. We read the analytics to work out which pages earn attention and which ones lose people. We keep server logs to investigate errors and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Google receives the browsing data described above and processes it as our analytics provider. Our email and hosting providers carry and store the messages our forms generate. Each of them works to our instructions.
We will disclose information where a law or court order requires it.
This site sets cookies as soon as you arrive, including Google Analytics cookies. Our Cookie Policy lists them and shows you how to block them.
Form submissions and the emails they trigger stay with us while we deal with your enquiry and for up to three years after we last hear from you. Google Analytics holds its data for 14 months. Server logs rotate within a few months.
Email hello@qnycreative.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We reply within 30 days.
California. You can ask us to disclose what we collected about you and to delete it, and we will not treat you differently for asking. We do not sell personal information for money.
EU and UK. You can object to what we do with your information, ask us to restrict it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere, and you can complain to your data protection authority. We rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in running and defending the site for everything else.
To switch off Google Analytics across every site you visit, install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
We built this site for businesses. We do not seek information from anyone under 16, and we delete it if we find we hold it.
We update the date above whenever we revise this policy.
